Our site uses an order form for customers to securely submit all necessary information regarding the sender and recipient to ONLY us. No third party is involved. We will use the information provided in the order forms for delivery of orders, preparation and mailing of sales invoices or for updating our customers with latest information about our website. We would like to stress that information is not sold to or shared with other parties for any commercial purposes other than normal order fulfillment and confidential site activity or sales tracking.
SECURITY
Our site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. We use a highly secure server so that all information submitted over is ONLY given to us. Your order data is processed at 128-bit encryption to prevent third-party interception.

Items used in arrangements could be subject to seasonal availability. When an item is not available, we will use a closest substitute of similar or higher value. |

Prices listed are not applicable for special occasions. For example, delivery around or on Valentine's Day will be priced differently. The information will be posted on our website. You may also call us or email us for details. |

Completion of the order form does not mean an order has been accepted. Please wait for our confirmation of your order, via email or telephone. Kindly note that we do not accept cancellation of orders on the day of delivery. |

Please provide all required details asked for in our order form, so as to avoid unnecessary delay. |

Our delivery time, is from 9.00 am to 8.00 pm on Monday to Saturday and from 9.00 am to 1.00 pm on Sunday and a public holiday. We would normally require at least 4 hours to fulfill an order. For a delivery on Sunday or a public holiday, please send us your order form one day beforehand. |

Orders made under any discount arrangement, festive food hampers and special projects are not entitled to shopping vouchers. |
